This group’s purposes are fellowship, outreach, various projects, spiritual growth and meeting special needs of the church. In the past it has sponsored bazaars and a children’s clothing outlet to raise money for special projects. It currently provides Thursday luncheons throughout the month of October, as well as a salad luncheon in the spring, to raise money for the church and outreach projects. The Women of the Church prepare and host meals for the annual meeting, visiting clergy, special events, confirmation and parish family bereavement dinners. They purchase equipment for the parish hall, kitchen, rectory and Ruth Hall.
